- Review Process: 1.1 Submission: Authors may submit their books for review through our online submission form, providing essential information such as the book title, author name, genre, and a brief synopsis. 1.2 Reviewers: Our team of experienced reviewers will evaluate each submission carefully and select the most suitable reviewer for the book based on genre preferences and expertise. 1.3 Timeframe: We strive to complete reviews within a specified timeframe from the date of submission. However, please note that the timeframe may vary depending on reviewer availability and the volume of submissions.
- Honest and Impartial Reviews: 2.1 Objectivity: Our reviewers are committed to providing honest, unbiased, and constructive feedback on each book. Reviews will be based on the reviewer’s assessment of the book’s merits, including writing style, plot, character development, and overall reading experience. 2.2 Personal Preferences: Please understand that reviews are subjective and reflect the reviewer’s individual opinions and tastes. We cannot guarantee a positive review or specific feedback that aligns with the author’s expectations.
- Review Publication: 3.1 Review Publication: Once a review is completed, we will publish it on our website and/or other platforms, including but not limited to social media channels, book retailer websites, and promotional materials. 3.2 Author Notification: Authors will be notified via email when their review is published. We encourage authors to share the review and promote their work using the provided links or excerpts.
- Review Pricing and Payment: 4.1 Fee: Our review services are priced at $49 & $69 per book review. 4.2 Payment: Payment for the review service is due at the time of submission. We accept secure online payments through PayPal. 4.3 Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed reviews. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from providing the review service, a full refund will be issued. If we have already begun the review process (After 24 hrs) and you wish to cancel, we will refund a prorated amount based on the amount of work that has been completed.
- Review Ownership and Usage: 5.1 Copyright: Authors retain full ownership of their books and intellectual property rights. 5.2 Usage Rights: By engaging our review services, authors grant UntoldReads.com the non-exclusive right to use excerpts from the review, including book cover images, for promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels. 5.3 Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of unpublished works and will not disclose any sensitive or unreleased information without the author’s explicit permission.
- Editing and Revisions: 6.1 Reviews are based on the reviewer’s interpretation and assessment of the book. We do not offer editing or revision services for the content of the reviews. 6.2 Disputes: If authors believe that a review contains factual inaccuracies or violates our review guidelines, they may request a review of the concerns. However, we maintain our right to make the final decision on the review content and its publication.
